Shipping Policy
At PokeJohn, we understand the importance of getting your trading cards quickly and safely. That's why we offer multiple shipping options to fit your needs and budget. Our packaging is designed to protect your cards during shipping, so you can rest assured that they will arrive in the same condition as when they left our warehouse.
We offer free standard shipping for orders over $10, and expedited shipping options for an additional fee. Shipping costs for orders under $10 will be calculated at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from PokeJohn. If for any reason you're not happy with your trading cards, you may return them "unopened, in original packaging" within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Postage to be paid at purchasers expense.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning your cards. Once we receive your cards, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Please note that all returned cards must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage. If we determine that a returned card has been damaged or altered, we may not be able to issue a refund or exchange.
